U.S. President Finally Announced

ATLANTA (AP) -- After days of ballet recounts, court cases, and campaign grandstanding, the United States of America finally has a president-elect and vice-president-elect.

A Federal appeals court judge from Atlanta made a controversial ruling on November 17 stating that neither Al Gore nor George W. Bush were qualified to run the country. The judge then named Seamore the Sea Duck as the next president of the United State. Fog Horn the Sailor will serve as the vice-president.
